October Fun

Here are a few things we have been up to this season...

Made spooky sugar cookies with Cousin Jess

Colored fun Halloween shapes

Had matching shirt days numerous times (the fun of having two girls!), yet rarely looked at the camera at the same time...

Did snag a couple super cute shots in their super cute pink skeleton jammies!

Opened fun Halloween cards

Happily made and ate multiple batches of pumpkin muffins

Read the sweetest story book until it almost wore out. The Littlest Pumpkin by RA Herman is beautifully illustrated, perfect amount of cute and spooky and was a huge hit!

Tried on the dress Grammy lovingly sewed...
She fell in love with Cinderella while we stayed at my parents during the summer. They didnt have the TV shows she was used to in England so we started watching their old VHS collection, a lot of Disney is a bit scary for a toddler (Ursula, Jafar, Scar...) but Cinderella was perfect. It is short, beautiful with fun music - and I am all for Princesses when they are hard working, never complain, kind to animals and fall in love without even knowing he is a Prince. She was beside herself when the dress arrived and we waltzed with "ella" as soon as she wiggled in it.

And pretty much refused to take it off for two weeks!

It's been a great (and warm) October, I think we are ready for Halloween!!
